leadership is essential,salient,necessary and it matters in the society. A leader must know where he/she is going to and able to take those he is leading along,not by cajoling,forcefully and drag but the will of the followers. The journey is always the one of Change! I love to be a 'Laissez-faire and Transformational leader',which is letting people do and taking opinions from them. The mindset of a leader is to "make a difference". People tend to do what their leader does,when a leader cares the people also care for one another and that change we are craving for in the society begins. Until you know a little more before you realize you know nothing, a leader learns everyday from anybody but always careful of what he takes in; he has a mission,which is the vehicle that transport his team to the vision ground. Crisis reveals the character of a person,the words and actions of a leader must match (equal). Charisma is all about getting people to move close to you. As a leader,your best friend is simplicity and clarity in communication and always accept critics. Generosity from a leader matters,it speaks good of him. A leader will get out of his comfort zone just to get things done,with his initiative. 'I shall' makes things happen ,never dispute the power of 'i shall', which is greater than 'i will'. A leader will do anything it takes to be better than his old self. What has to be done has to be done excellently and not just anyhow. Avoid excuses,take responsibility. Time management, mother of all; take bold steps to manage time,because you don't have all the time of this world to yourself, in so doing, schedule all your activities for the day and stick to it.
